- Taxi / Car: 20–25 minutes (readily available at the arrivals level)
- Train / Tram: Take a direct train to Amsterdam Centraal (15 minutes), then Tram 2 or 12 to Leidseplein — SugarFactory is a short walk away.

From Schiphol
Leave Schiphol via the A4 towards Rotterdam and follow the signs for Haarlem.
Take the A5 and follow the signs for Haarlem Zuid and join the A9.
Follow the A9 to the Rotterpolderplein junction and follow the signs for Halfweg/Amsterdam.
Take the A200 towards the intersection near Halfweg-Zwanenburg station and turn right under the gatehouse.
At the end on the left is the entrance to the event site.
Parking:
SugarFactory has parking spaces right next to the location, so parking right in front of the door is no problem.

If you do require a visa, we provide Letters of Invitation to support your application — but only for paid ticket-holders.

We’ll provide a personalized PDF Letter of Invitation upon receiving your completed application and verified ticket purchase.
You are responsible for submitting the letter to your local embassy as part of your visa application process.

We cannot influence or guarantee your visa approval.
All ticket sales are final — no refunds will be provided if your visa is denied.
However, tickets are transferable, and can be resold on the secondary market.
In all cases, you assume the full risk related to your visa outcome.
Frequently asked Questions
When you arrive at Registration, you’ll scan your e-pass and receive an official conference wristband, which is required for entry and grants access to both days of the event. Attendees who Pre-Register will already have their wristbands, allowing them to head straight into the conference on Day 1 without waiting in line.
Exact Pre-Registration and Registration times will be announced closer to the conference—please check back here or watch your email for updates.
Your official pass will be issued as an e-pass (QR code), emailed to you 24 hours before the conference. Please present it on your phone (or bring a printed copy, if preferred) at Registration.
After scanning your e-pass, you will receive an official conference wristband, which is required for entry and provides access to all conference activities on both days.

Doors typically open at 8 a.m. each day, and wearing your wristband is essential throughout the conference.
Pick up your wristband at Registration, or better yet, during our Pre-Registration hours to seamlessly jump into the excitement.
The event will run from November 13th and 14th, 2025, and times will be announced closer to the event.

Yes, WiFi will be available, however, we recommend using your own private telecom network or a device with minimal private information for your safety when using shared Internet.
You are able to pay for merchandise, food and beverages with credit card, debit card, or Bitcoin via the Lightning Network.
Just enough for “spending money”. We don't recommend bringing large amounts of bitcoin with you to the event. Unfortunately, there can be bad actors whose sole purpose is to steal your hard-earned BTC. That said, everything will be Bitcoin enabled, so download your favorite Lightning wallet and top off with what you plan to use at the conference.
Bags of large sizes or luggage is not allowed on site for security reasons. There is no baggage check station available and we do not recommend bringing large bags or backpacks to the event. All bags will be checked by security before entering the venue and may slow down the entry process.
