Henry Herbert is Sales Director at Hobbs House Bakery, a multi-generation artisan bakery based in the Cotswolds. He is also known as one half of The Fabulous Baker Brothers on Channel 4, where he appeared as one of the presenting brothers. Alongside this, Henry heads up Feast with Henry Herbert, a series of intimate supper clubs that bring people together around food, conversation, and ideas. He is particularly interested in how Bitcoin and sound-money principles can support resilient, values-led businesses.
